How to View Your Billing Statements in APPatient

1. Download the APPatient app on your smartphone or tablet.
2. Open the APPatient app and, when prompted, enter the following URL:
   calaisdermatology.ema.md
3. Confirm your identity by entering:
   • First name
   • Last name
   • Date of birth
   • Email address
4. Enter your phone number.
   You will receive a verification code by text message.
5. Enter the code you received via text and tap OK to log in.
6. Once logged into the app, go to the Home page.
7. Tap Billing in the bottom right corner of the app.
8. Your billing statements will appear there for you to view.
